New skills in E-marketing & Front-End?!

It all started last year, when I felt that I need to improve my skills in order to become better and keep up with the fast changing world. 🗺  So I decided to make first step towards improvement and started Tallinn School of Economics to study E-marketing & now in parallel I am learning Front-End development in one training centre in Tallinn. 🤓

E-marketing specialist. In making. ⏳

In September I made a decision to start my studies in Tallinn School of Economics (later mentioned as TMK)  to become an E-marketing specialist. As I have done social media before for different shops and brands it seemed to be a reasonable choice. Specially beacuse I wanted to have some more professional skills about Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, video- and photo editing, e-mail marketing, content marketing, web page making and so on.. And Tallinn School of Economics offered just the right one-year program for that! 🤩

During the studies we had many practical exercises and homeworks, as there weren’t so many lectures. But for me the practical works are definitely so much better than the theoretical – of course, at first you need to have theoretical knowledge to start the practical work, and in TMK you will get both.

Well, as in mo schools, some subjects were too short but the teachers were so full of knowledge, so it was sad that there were so less lectures! 😔 And at the same time some subjects.. well.. they should’ve been very useful but sadly I guess everyone in our course were very disappointed.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But this is natural way of life – sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.. 😄 And of course despite of some shortages I still am very happy that I decided to start my studies over there, because at the end of the day I got many new tips & many great new contacts from there! 🙂

And in parallel for a week I have been studying Front-End development, in one training centre in Tallinn. The idea came from TMK, as we started to study HTML & CSS there (at this point – big thanks to our teacher Aleksandr Pahharev, who was kind enough to teach it to our small team, even though our lectures were already over! 😌)
And at the moment in the training centre we are also learning JS and SASS. ✌🏻

So I decided to improve my skills & then it seems that soon one blonde island girl with E-marketing and Front-End development skills is on the market for new interesting adventures! 🤓
